1. High-Risk Market Notice
Cryptoasset markets can change abruptly. A token may have limited liquidity, contain technical vulnerabilities, be affected by fraud or regulation, or become worthless. Neither a low-risk label nor the absence of a detected warning establishes that an asset is safe.
2. Nature of the Service
Rug Cleaner provides automated blockchain analysis and market-condition diagnostics for informational and research purposes. Outputs may be automated, statistical, heuristic, or deterministic. They are analytical observations, not audits, certifications, guarantees, price forecasts, or findings about a natural person.
Public availability does not make blockchain information automatically non-personal. An address or transaction may constitute personal data when reasonably linked to an identifiable person. Rug Cleaner analyzes public address and transaction patterns without claiming the natural-person identity or legal owner behind them.
3. Token-Analysis Limitations
Token analysis can produce false positives and false negatives. It may miss novel attacks, off-chain conduct, social engineering, obfuscated relationships, cross-chain activity, or delayed malicious behavior. Data can also be incomplete, stale, or temporarily unavailable.
A score or label attached to a token, wallet, address, or cluster does not establish a natural person's identity, intent, legal ownership, guilt, or compliance status. Wallet control does not by itself prove a person's identity or legal ownership.
4. Macro and Historical Limitations
- Market Stress Index (MSI): a composite description of observed market stress conditions, not a price forecast.
- Early Warning Index (EWI): a diagnostic near-term warning state based on predefined stress components—not a crash probability, event forecast, trading signal, or live alert-delivery promise.
- Medium-Term Warning (MTW): a diagnostic state for sustained combinations of historically relevant stress conditions.
The Macro Risk Engine describes observed risk conditions. It does not forecast a specific event, price movement, severity, or date. Models may generate false warnings, miss genuine stress, or fail when market structure changes.
Historical evidence may include reconstructed historical states, backtests, historical replay, and observations originally produced in live operation. Rug Cleaner identifies these evidence classes separately. Reconstructed or backtested results are not equivalent to a prospective live track record, and historical performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Data and Provider Limitations
Blockchain, economic, exchange, pricing, liquidity, and other third-party data can be delayed, revised, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Providers may change endpoints, definitions, coverage, retention, or terms. Rug Cleaner may return a degraded or blocked result when evidence is insufficient. The Privacy Policy describes the material service categories used to operate the beta.
6. No Advice or Fiduciary Relationship
Rug Cleaner does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or compliance advice and does not recommend buying, selling, holding, timing, sizing, or allocating any position. Using the Service does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, agency, audit, or professional relationship. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to act on the information provided. Conduct independent research and obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate.
7. Legal Limitations
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Subject to those mandatory rules and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, and Rug Cleaner limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from reliance on analytical outputs, third-party data, market movements, or interruption of the Service.
This Disclaimer forms part of and should be read with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Material changes will be identified in the Service and reflected in the last-updated date above.
